On the basis of provisions of articles 17, 18 of Law No. 837-XIII as of May 17, 1996 on public associations and Governmental regulation No. 345 as of April 30, 2009,
DECIDE:
1. To register the amendments to the Articles of Association of Public Association “Cynological Union of Moldova” on the basis of minutes as of December 24, 2012.
2. To include in the State register of non-commercial organizations the information on change of President of Public Association “Cynological Union of Moldova”.

With reference to our circular 91/2008 dated 26/11/2008 we inform you that the FCI General Committee
decided at its meeting in Bratislava, October 4th 2009 to lift all the sanctions against the Uniunea Chinologica
din Moldova (UChM).
