On the basis of provisions of articles 17, 18 of Law No. 837-XIII as of May 17, 1996 on public associations and Governmental regulation No. 345 as of April 30, 2009,
DECIDE:
1. To register the amendments to the Articles of Association of Public Association “Cynological Union of Moldova” on the basis of minutes as of December 24, 2012.
2. To include in the State register of non-commercial organizations the information on change of President of Public Association “Cynological Union of Moldova”.
3. To drawn up and issue the extract from the State register of non-commercial organizations.
4. The decision is issued to Public Association “Cynological Union of Moldova”.
