Paul Stanton (Sweden)
Paul acquired his first dog, a Shetland sheepdog in 1964. In 1968 he was introduced to Lhasa Apsos and has kept them ever since. In 1970 he acquired his first Tibetan Terrier and in 1988 Whippets came into his home. Showing is somewhat curtailed due to judging engagements, but in the past his dogs (kennel Tintavon) have had many top wins including the very first Tibetan Terrier in the world to win an all breeds BIS (Birmingham National, GB in 1974) his double grand daughter was BIS at the Stockholm Int. Show in 1979 and also Top Dog All Breeds in Sweden, Finland and Scandinavia that year. Not to be outdone 9 of his Lhasas have won all breed BIS's in 6 different countries and many more winning groups and Specialty BIS's. In 1993 he was awarded the Swedish Kennel Club's Hamilton Plaque for outstanding breeding of Lhasa Apsos. Tibetan Spaniels were kept in England with Ch's owned and bred and in Sweden, brown Miniature Poodles were kept for a short time with 2 Int. Champions made up and 2 Champions bred. They are now on their 4th generation of Whippets and they have been very successful when shown. He judged his first Ch. Show in England in 1973. He judged Lhasas at Crufts in 1981 and at that time was the youngest ever to have the honour to judge there. In 1977 he moved to Sweden and now judges under the Swedish Kennel Club. and F.C.I. He has judged in 47 countries on all the Continents, and was appointed FCI All Breeds judge in 1996. Paul is fluent in English and Swedish

Mrs. Romanova Olga graduated the Free International University of Moldova, faculty of law, diploma with honors.
Specialty – lawyer; she occupied different positions in sphere of jurisprudence, as well as in organizations, specialized in international law. Since 2011 she is the member of the Union of Lawyers of RM.
Mrs. Romanova is married, has 2 children.
At the general conference as of July 24, 2008 she was elected as a vice-president of UChM, as well as secretary of stud book of UChM. In year 2011 at the extraordinary general conference of UChM she was elected as a president of UChM, at the general conference as of December 24, 2012 of UChM she was elected as a vice-president of UChM on international issues.

MRS. LIUDMILA LAVROVA (Moldova)
Mrs. Liudmila Lavrova is the President of the Social Cynological Centre of Transnistria, territorial branch of the Kennel Union of Moldova since 1999. Since 2000 National all-round Judge and since 2013 FCI all-round Judge. Chairman of the panel of judges of the Kennel Union of Moldova.
She has been judging the most important Dog Shows all over the World: Мoldova,
Mrs Lavrova had such breeds as german boxer and russian coloured bichon for many years. In 1993, she was the first who imported Dogo Argentino in
MR. SERGHEI VOLINET (Moldova)
Volinet Serghei is a citizen of the Republic of Moldova. He was born in the family of officials.
He has the high education degree of law and economy, he is also a veterinarian medicine doctor. He is married and has two kids.
He graduated from the International Academy of Economy and Law, Economical and Law Faculty, as well as Agricultural University of Moldova, Veterinarian Medicine Faculty.
In his past he was DOSAAF(Voluntary society for assistance to army, aviation and fleet) instructor of working dogs breeding, DOSAAF expert, Head of the CC(Central Committee) and CCRCWDB(Republican Club of Working Dogs Breeding). He was also a candidate in sports master of military pentathlon with working dogs. For 5 years he was the Head of the Branch of Training Center of Specialists for National Army of the Republic of Moldova-Republican Club of Working Dogs Breeding of Ministry of Defense, reserve officer.
For 13 years he held riesenschnauzer breed, 8 years-airedale terrier, as well as breeds like: mastino napoletano, rottweiler, fila brasileiro, german shepherd, labrador retriever, golden retriever, american cocker spaniel, greyhound.
At the present he is a several dogs breeder.

For many years he was the Head of Scientific Clinical-diagnostic Center of veterinarian medicine.
From 2008 he is the President of Vet Specialists Union of the RM.
At 24th of July 2008 he was elected as the President of Kennel Union of Moldova on the General Conference of the KUM.
In 2011 he is elected as Honored President of KUM.
Also at the period of 2011-2012 he is the business manager of KUM.
On the date of 24th December 2012 of the General Conference of KUM he was again elected as the President of the KUM.
On the 13th of May 2013 the Kennel Union of Moldova is under the leadership of the President of the KUM.
Volinet Serghei (Alexandr) was unanimously and with applause accepted in full membership of FCI.
Being the FCI expert for groups 1,2,3,4,5,6,7( accordingly to the breeds),8,9, and 10 he has been judging dogs on most important dog shows of the world in :Spain, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Puerto-Rico, Costa Rica, Mexico, Bulgaria, Georgia, Azerbaijan, San Marino, Cyprus, Montenegro, Macedonia, Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Brasil and many other.
He judged the World Dog Show of 2016 in Moscow.
He was declared as an expert at Central and Eastern Europe Championship of 2016 as well as held expertise on the Central and Eastern Europe Championship of 2015.
He was declared as an expert on Eurodogshow of 2017 in Kiev, Ukraine.
Mister Serghei Volinet has been occupied with cynology for many years, starting from his childhood.
He knows three languages: Russian, English and Romanian.
He likes to travel around the world, meet new people, breeders and experts.
Buianovscaia Svetlana (Moldova)
Her first dog, german shepherd, appeared in 1987, and with that pet came serious affection for dogs. After that there were riesenschnauzer and zwergschnauzer. For today there are: american hairless terrier, siberian husky, german shepherd. In 1990 she received the degree of an expert to DOSAAF. From 2008 she is the advisor of the KUM(Kennel Union of Moldova), from 2010 member of pedigree and qualification commission. From 2008 gets the dogs ready for exhibition performances, freestyle(first and the only one), ring taming, handling. From 2013 she is the Head of the handling school “Dog Hogwart’s”, from 2014 on the school base appears childrens’ group. From 2008 becomes KUM expert of rangs CAC and CACIB. Judges the groups 1,2,3,5(first section),8,10 and unrecognized breeds on international dog shows in the Republic of Moldova.
Polunina Olga (Moldova)
Polunina Olga. Was born in Chisinau. Graduated with distinction from the Moldova State University, Faculty of Law.
She is a lawyer in specialty of Civil Rights.
For many years she has worked in the union of vet specialists of Moldova. She implemented control over meeting the requirements of veterinarian legislation on the territory of RM and she carried out the public relations sphere.
From the very childhood there were dogs in Olga’s family. From 2008 she is the breeder of Chinese Crested Dog.
For now Olga is an assistant of the President of the Kennel Union of Moldova. From 2016 she is the FCI expert.
Cvitco Inga (Moldova)
Citizen of the RM, was born in 1974 in the family of military officials. Married. Graduated from Saratov Agricultural Faculty Vavilov’s name, Faculty of Veterinarian Medicine, reserve officer.
She used to be sports master of horse riding. For 18 years she was the owner of Papillon Breed, 22 years-German Shepherd Breed and she is still occupied with this great breed. For a year and a half she is Belgian Gryphon breeder. From 2005 she is a professional handler, gets ready and exhibits dogs of all breeding groups on the international dog shows of Moldova, Russia, Ukraine. In 2011 she got the title of “The best KUM handler”, in 2015 “Honoured KUM handler” and “The best handler of the year”. Her dogs have participated in showing performances of working disciplineand freestyle for many years. She was awarded the certificate for “Showing performances”. From 2015 she is the KUM expert of CAC and CACIB rang. She judged such breeds as japanese chin, pug, papillon on the international dog shows in Moldova.
Kuzmicheva Olga (Moldova)
Since 1996, the owner of the dog breeds dachshund, boxer and German Yagd terer. Since 2005, the owner of the dog breed Amstaff Terrier. In 2007, registered kennel FCI "KOMBLUES" At the moment, live in the house Amstaff Terriers and Chinese Crested dog.
Константин Чуперка родился в Кишинёве, 6 декабря 1969 года.
Образование высшее - зоотехническое. Женат. Имеет двух дочерей. Эксперт FCI, судья по рабочим качествам Союза владельцев немецкой овчарки Молдовы, помощник судьи по защите (фигурант), инструктор-дрессировщик. С 2006 по 2010 гг. возглавлял кинологическое подразделение Пограничной службы Республики Молдова. Владелец племенного питомника немецкой овчарки "von MOLDAVIAN LAND"
Президент Союза Владельцев немецкой овчарки Молдовы.
С малых лет Константин был увлечен животными. В 9 лет он пришел в конно-спортивную школу Олимпийского резерва МССР, где занимался в детской учебной группе, а потом и профессионально, на протяжении многих лет. Являлся членом молодежной сборной МССР. Родители никогда не были против его увлечений и в доме всегда был мини зоопарк: птички, рыбки, голуби и всякая живность.
В 2000 году регистрирует свою заводскую приставку"von Moldavian Land” в Международной Кинологической Федерации FCI. С 1999 и до настоящего времени, собаки питомника «Moldavian Land» получали высокие оценки и одерживали победы на крупнейших специализированных и всепородных выставках разных стран. В 2008 году был приглашен командованием Государственной Пограничной охраны Латвии в качестве судьи в международном судейском составе, на X соревнования кинологов ГПО по поиску следов в смешанной местности, а также поиску людей в помещении, на транспорте и в лесу. В соревнованиях приняли участие представители: Пограничной охраны Латвии, Полиции Латвии, Пограничной охраны Литвы, Полиции Литвы, Пограничной охраны Польши, Пограничных войск Белоруссии и Пограничной службы Республики Молдова.
С 1999 по 2011 прошел обучение на семинарах, у ведущих специалистов Германии, Словакии, Украины, таких как: Ханс Шульц (Германия), Гюнтер Дигель (Германия), Ян Тод (Словакия), Юрген Ритци (Германия), Ханс Рудинауер (Германия), Томшинский Борис (Украина).
В 2008-м, сдав успешно теоретический и практический экзамены, аттестовался и получил сертификат «Помощника судьи по защите», с правом работать помощником судьи по защите на спортивных и зоотехнических мероприятиях, проводимых кинологическими организациями, входящими в FCI и WUSV - кёрунгах, испытаниях, соревнованиях и выставках. Проводил экзаменацию и аттестацию г-н Ян Тод (Словакия).
Спустя месяц 6 - 9 октября 2011 года, возглавил в качестве руководителя, капитана и главного тренера, команду Молдовы на XXIV Чемпионате Мира по дрессировке WUSV WM - 2011 в Киеве, участниками которого стали 36 стран с разных континентов: Европы, Северной и Южной Америки, Азии и Африки. Молдова приняла участие в спортивном мероприятии такого уровня впервые за всё время существования молдавской кинологии. Участие в таком грандиозном спортивном мероприятии, собравшем любителей такой замечательной породы со всего света, стало возможным, после принятия Союза владельцев немецкой овчарки Молдовы в члены WUSV. По результатам ЧМ WUSV WM - 2011, Молдова на 30 месте, что по мнению ведущих специалистов SV, для дебюта страны, это хороший результат.
Vostryh Tatiana (Moldova)
In 1994 had her first Rottweiler.
For now she is the owner of such breeds as Rottweiler and Russian toy-terrier.
In 1996 started working on the club “Kennel Union of Transnistria”, took action in organizing dog shows, from 2009 she worked at all dog shows that were held by KUM and Transnistria, being responsible for the job of ringing teams and charging dog shows. In June 2012 she she became a national expert of Moldova of the Rottweiler breed.
At the present she is the FCI member and national expert of Moldova, she has the right to judge groups 2,4,6,9,10 and 11.
She is the member of Tribal Commission of KUM and Qualification Comission of experts of KUM exterior.
Macovei Maria (Moldova)
At the age of 9 she had her first dog, and she was occupied with her quite seriously in consideration of such a young age. From those times she proved herself as a handler, from the age of 12 as a groomer too, and then a breeder.
I am the owner of a multibreed FCI kennel with factory attachment “From Makovei House”, registrated in January 2015. At the present she is doing tribal job with such breeds as Chihuahua, pomerinian spitz, cavaler king Charles spaniel, west highland white terrier, but the main breed of her channel remain the dutchhounds. She is occupied with this breed primarily now.
Pacula Liudmila (Moldova)
Since 1993, member of the club service dog. Since 1997, the owner and breeder of pedigree dog breed Rottweiler. Since 1999, the co-owner of Valentina Shemetyuk «My Wanderfull Dream» breeding kennel. With the owner of 2003 FCI Kennel "PLAJ & K". Owner, breeder, groomer and handler of dogs breed Rottweiler, Scottish Terrier Scottish, West Highland White Terrier, Yorkshire Terrier, Pomeranian, beagle.
Shemetiuc Valentina (Moldova)
Shemetiuc Valentina (Victor), works at cynological organizations of Tiraspol city from 1994 as instructor-cynologist. From 1995 she was the breeder of Scottish Terrier. She also was the owber and breeder of chau chau and bullmastiff. For now she is the FCI expert. There are opened such groups as 3,4,6,7,8.
